Job Opportunities at Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP)
The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) in Pakistan is inviting qualified and experienced individual consultants to apply for various positions under the Social Protection Development Project (SPDP) (Additional Financing). This initiative is funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and aims to enhance social protection and poverty alleviation efforts across the country.
Available Positions
Training Specialist (HQ)
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in social protection or poverty alleviation.
- Proven experience in developing training materials, modules, and evaluation tools.
- Strong facilitation skills and experience in conducting training sessions for diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu; proficiency in other local languages is an advantage.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful training campaigns and strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with social training management tools and analytics is desirable.
Training Coordinator (HQ)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in training design and delivery, including Master's degree holders.
- Proven experience in developing training materials, modules, and evaluation tools.
- Strong facilitation skills and experience in conducting training sessions for diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu; proficiency in other local languages is an advantage.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful training campaigns and strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with social training management tools and analytics is desirable.
Regional Outreach Coordinator (Punjab)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass and Media Communication, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. PhD in Mass Communication from a reputed foreign university shall be given preference.
- Proven experience (10 years) in a senior media management role, preferably within a governmental organization, media house, or large-scale NGO.
- Strong understanding of media relations, crisis communication, and public relations strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu, proficiency in other local languages is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics is desirable.
Regional Outreach Coordinator (Sindh)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass and Media Communication, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. PhD in Mass Communication from a reputed foreign university shall be given preference.
- Proven experience (10 years) in a senior media management role, preferably within a governmental organization, media house, or large-scale NGO.
